Don Gallagher LLC is a learning and development firm dedicated to supporting individuals, teams and organizations who are committed to ratcheting up their effectiveness and productivity.

My workshops, speaking, consulting and coaching work all have a strong emphasis on designing, engaging in, and managing effective conversations and relationships. My work also draws significantly from the fields of language, semantics and project management.

25 years inside the corporate world of John Deere, and more on the outside, are what led me to develop an expertise and passion around the power of conversation. It’s fascinating and energizing to see the positive impact on personal effectiveness and productivity that occurs when people develop the skills to have outstanding conversations and to build extraordinary relationships.

My core focus is on helping client companies and their employees improve business performance in the workplace. However, one of my greatest satisfactions is the appreciation participants often express for the impact our work together has on enriching their lives amongst family, friends and their community.
